HealthEast Clinics Compass - May / June 2008

Families can now get acute care for kids at HealthEast Maplewood Clinic. The clinic has recently started offering walk-in services for current pediatric patients from 18 months to 20 years. The service is offered Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.

Care is provided by the board-certified pediatricians and nurse practitioners of HealthEast Pediatric Care. Co-pays are the same as regular office visits. The service is only for acute illness and minor injuries, not physicals or chronic symptoms.

This service is offered in addition to our walk-in strep screening, which is currently offered to our pediatric patients. Hours for strep screenings are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 6 pm; Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm; and Saturday, 8:30 to 11 am.
