Our clinics family has been experiencing some changes. We remain committed to providing our patients with the quality care they have come to expect from HealthEast. Salud Integral combines with Roselawn As of April 30, HealthEast Salud Integral combined with the HealthEast Roselawn Clinic, located at 35E and Roselawn, and is on the 71K bus route. The Roselawn Clinic is excited to welcome Salud Integral patients. Their medical records will be transitioned to the Roselawn Clinic as well, unless they notify us that they would like them transferred somewhere else. Please call Tina at 651-326-5720 if you have any questions about the transition or choosing a Spanish-speaking provider at HealthEast. After Hours Care closes HealthEast After Hours Care has closed. Medical records will be maintained at the HealthEast Roselawn Clinic, unless patients notify us that they would like them transferred somewhere else. In addition, thanks to our electronic health record, patients' medical information is available at any HealthEast Clinic to help smooth their transitions.
