Help us serve you better

Most people have quite a lot to accomplish during the work week besides work. There's school, sports, daycare, appointments and, of course, phone calls.

You may have occasionally experienced a long wait time when calling our clinics, especially at the beginning of the work week, early in the morning or during lunch. These are the times when our clinics experience high call volume, and that means patients spend more time on hold.

In order to help us serve you better, here are a
few tips.

  • Mondays have a higher call volume: You may want to call for routine appointments later in the week.
  • Calling off-peak hours: We receive fewer calls between 9 and 10:30 am and 1:30 and 3 pm. You may get through faster if you call during
    these times.
  • Leaving messages: Our clinicians generally return messages during lunch or at the end of the day. Plan accordingly. Also, make sure you leave your phone number(s) and the best time to reach you with our staff. Our After Hours Care clinic provides care for illnesses and injuries that need immediate attention outside of regular business hours, during evenings and weekends.
  • Request appointment online: Some of our clinics allow you to request an appointment online. Click here to see if your clinic offers this service.
  • Refills: Call your pharmacy for refills, even if it says there are no refills remaining. The pharmacy will contact your clinic for you.
  • Billing information and concerns: If you have questions about a clinic bill, please call our Customer Service office at 651-232-1120 or 1-866-770-6412. We're here to take your calls Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Or you can click here to submit your clinic billing questions online. A billing specialist will respond by phone within three business days, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.
  • Phones are answered 24 hours a day: If you have a concern, our nurse triage line is available 24 hours a day. Call your clinic's main number to reach a nurse at any time.
