It's Not Too Late to Get a Flu Shot

The flu season runs from November to April, usually peaking between December and March. Flu shot season, however, is from September to December, so it's a great time to call your clinic and make an appointment for a shot.

Who Should Get a Flu Shot?

  • Children from 6 months to 7 years of age
  • Caregivers of young children
  • People over age 50
  • People with health conditions such as heart or lung disorders, immune system disorders, kidney disease, diabetes, anemia or any other chronic medical condition
  • Pregnant women
