Expert Outpatient Care
Westerville Medical Campus is designed to meet all of your outpatient care needs: everything from routine physician visits to advanced imaging and rehabilitation, and highly specialized outpatient surgery services. And it’s all brought to you by the experts you trust at Riverside Methodist, Grant, Doctors, Grady and Dublin Methodist hospitals.

It’s not just the wide range of services and expertise of the high-quality medical staff that makes Westerville Medical Campus different – it’s a new approach to patient ease and convenience that’s revolutionary in healthcare.

Convenient Services
Same-day scheduling is offered for a variety of services, and on-site registration is easy and simple with an electronic registration system using patient kiosks, similar to the way you register at a kiosk in the airport. These kiosks speed up the registration process and store your information to make future visits even faster. Westerville Medical Campus is the only outpatient facility of its kind in central Ohio to offer kiosk registration.

When you use the new facility, you’ll be given a personal pager so you can move around the facility rather than be tied to a waiting area. Interactive computer kiosks throughout the campus will let you browse medical information while you wait.

Wi-Fi access is also free for patients who’d like to stay connected while they’re at Westerville Medical Campus. You can simply log on to a guest network using your own computer. Other convenient services include short-term childcare for children while parents receive care, expertly staffed and filled with age-appropriate toys and activities. A complete café, featuring a Tim Hortons, offers healthy and delicious options for you and your family. The stateof- the-art campus also offers ample and free parking, plus access to a COTA bus line to make it easy for patients to visit us.

In keeping with OhioHealth’s commitment to being a community partner, the facility features plenty of community spaces, including a 100-seat conference center and small community rooms available for use by community organizations. Classroom space can be used for a variety of OhioHealth’s health, education and fitness programs from the medical experts at Westerville Medical Campus. The facility will also house a special area dedicated to the Westerville City School district.
