How to Register
For best service, we recommend you register using a credit card. Please register at least one week in advance, even if the program is FREE.

Online Registration
For information about classes or for secure online registration, go to www.ohiohealth.com.

Telephone Registration
Call the number listed with the program, or call (614) 4-HEALTH (443-2584) or 1-800-837-7555. When you call to register by phone, you will be asked for a credit card number to cover any fees. You can phone anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Mail-In Registration
Print the registration form and mail with your check or credit card information to:

Refunds/Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a class or program, a 24-hour notice is required for a refund. Please call (614) 4-HEALTH (443-2584) or 1-800-837-7555.

Note: Occasionally it is necessary to cancel a class. This is usually done four to five days before the class is scheduled to occur.
