St. Helena's Center for Health Launches a New Transformations Program

St. Helena Center for Health will reopen its doors for its Transformations Programs on Jan. 1, 2010. These scientifically based, medically integrated programs combine medicine, lifestyle, fitness and healthful eating into a program that is designed around the guest’s specific health goals and objectives. Guests will have the option to select from a variety of length of stay options, from weekend retreats to two-week stays.
