St. Helena Center for Health will reopen its doors for its Transformations Programs on Jan. 1, 2010. These scientifically based,
medically integrated programs combine medicine, lifestyle, fitness and healthful eating into a program that is designed around
the guest’s specific health goals and objectives. Guests will have the option to select from a variety of length of stay options, from
weekend retreats to two-week stays.
