Talbert patients recognize TMG's quality service. How do we know? Talbert's highest percentage of new patients comes from referrals. Therefore, we would like to thank our wonderful patients for entrusting us with their loved ones care by announcing our "New Patient Referral Program."

With TMG's New Patient Referral Program, patients will be eligible to win a $50 or $100 gas card! Simply refer a loved one and be entered into your health center's monthly drawing. Patients are eligible to be entered into our drawing multiple times; the more loved ones referred the higher your chances are to win! Winners of the raffle will be contacted each month, and non-winners will all be entered into our year-end final drawing!

To be entered into the drawing, simply ask your loved one to write your name on the "Referred by a loved one?" form. The form is part of the new patient packet they will receive at their first Talbert medical appointment. When your friend or loved one submits this, you will automatically be entered into your specific health center's drawing.
